FORCED LABOR
Our business prohibits all forms of forced labor, including labor in exchange for debt, military worker or slave labor and all forms of human trafficking.
CHILD WORKFORCE (MINOR WORKERS)
Our business abides by minimum age provisions of extant laws and regulations. Our business prohibits the working of people under 18 at the positions that entail working in dangerous conditions. The prohibition on child labor in our business complies with the Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law and other legal regulations and international Labor Organization standards.
WORKING HOURS AND STIPENDS (STIPENDS/SALARIES)
The business pays salaries to its employees based on the sectoral and local labor market. Our practices are carried out in full compliance with current laws and labor contracts regarding salaries, working hours, overtime and ancillary payments. Our employees are supported by offering opportunities to improve their skills and capacities, and by giving opportunities to promote as much as possible.
HEALTH AND SAFETY

RESTING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS
Employees are not deprived of resting days and holidays within the frame of their legal rights.
An employee who works six days a week is given one day paid weekend.
HIRING AND EMPLOYMENT
The vacant positions needed by the company management are identified and hiring procedures are realized by the company management in accordance with the laws and within the scope of certain rules (foreign national workers, egalitarian approach, leave, salary, vacation, employment contract etc.). 7-LABOR CONTRACT (EMPLOYER CONTRACTS)
A "Labor Contract and Personnel Regulation" in accordance with the law and the workplace and including the terms proposed to the candidate staff are prepared between the company and the person to be hired. The "Labor Contract and Personnel Regulation" are signed by the staff member who accepts to take the job and afterwards these are kept in the Staff Personnel File along with the documents of success and the certificates of the personnel. 8-WORKER DISCIPLINE
Disciplinary rules determined by the disciplinary committee are applied in order to ensure the company to operate in discipline. The Company cannot impose any salary deduction sanctions to discipline its employees. Workplace rules and employer expectations are explained in the orientation training given during the first day of work and the job interview.
